The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture is excited to offer this training opportunity to Pennsylvania producers who want to learn the benefits and processes involved in wholesaling to institutional food buyers such as schools, hospitals, prisons, etc. This is a two-day intensive training from December 10-11th, 2024 in Harrisburg, PA. For those traveling from afar, lodging is provided for the nights of 12/09 and 12/10 with checkout on 12/11. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are also provided on day 1, and breakfast and lunch on day two.  In addition to workshop/ training sessions on this topic, there will be opportunities to network with other producers and institutional food buyers.
